Replacement – Reconstruction – Remote assistance

TVM provides a lifetime assistance service. First and foremost this involves being available at all times for supplying any spare parts required.

Where required, it is possible to replace and rebuild mechanical parts as and when it should prove necessary.

Intervention is in any case guaranteed in the shortest possible space of time, in keeping with the availability of the spare parts. Telephone assistance is operative from Monday to Friday during office hours, and if necessary remote assistance is available for the appropriate machines.
