Vision systems

The industrial vision systems are based on the acquisition of images, even at high speed, which are then compared with sample images of good parts and scrap.

This technology is normally used for quality controls, making measurements without contact or colors recognition and automatically identifying defects in production. Another possible use is to act as a guide for other apparatuses, typically robotic.

The electronic eye reliability, properly calibrated, is complete, increasing production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
