The simplicity of the mechanical adjustments combined with the characteristics of the programmable logic control movements with touch-screen panel for variation of the times and modes of operation, allow a great flexibility to the machine which makes it also suitable for the production of small quantities.

It 'a machine designed to bend the end-pieces and mold the noses on plates acetate via high frequency, all in an automatic way.

The main qualities of the machine can be summarized in a high productivity and in practice and fast tuning that make it suitable for the production of both small batches and large quantities; in fact in the design phase we particularly took care of the model change speed through self-centering devices and the possibility of replacing the molds for both the nose and end-pieces, also the use of high frequency and interchangeable electrodes allows aiming the heating only the areas affected.

The pneumatic part is fully managed by a programmable logic integrated with a touch-screen panel that allows the insertion and the change of the merged data to an efficient diagnostics.

It also provides a series of error messages which are readable from the display that allow to quickly locate the possible fault (See chapter "malfunction").

The workpiece is heated by fully shielded high-frequency generator as required by European law for the operator 's safety.

The transition from the automatic machining cycle (production) to manual (adjustment) is via a key-operated selector switch on the control panel.

Thanks to its characteristics it is suitable for a combination with a CNC machine.

It allows the processing of both large and small series of optical frames due to its simplicity and fine tuning, has the ability to work straight plates, with pre-printed nose or glued inserts.

With regard to its programming is used a powerful American cad-cam program, efficient and very easy to learn. It produces what you need and like in the fastest economic and creative way. It has an absolute edge technology that makes it possible to design and implement complex three-dimensional shapes to give style and color to the ideas before producing them in real glasses.

In addition to a quality final product the industrialization rates are significantly cut down. The design of a new model occurs extremely dynamically; decomposed, corrected and modified in detail can give birth to more and more sophisticated models and calculated in design, size and weight.

Tumbling

Machine designed for the mechanical removal of substrate residues, in particular burrs, due to processing such as molding, casting, etc. Particularly suitable to give a summary finish to a high number of pieces of small dimension. It occurs for rolling and impact of the pieces in a barrel (tumble) and possibly of the shaped abrasive material for the purpose, which speeds up the operation. The rotation speed of the tumble influences the speed of processing. This processing causes generalized dimensional changes on the surfaces of the piece between 2 and 20 cm.

HF heating

The principle of operation of HF heating is simple: the object or product to be processed is placed in a room to be exposed to the internal heat. The heat comes from a calorific source attached to the internal walls of the HF heating and can be distributed by forced air circulation, by natural convection, by thermal conduction or by radiation.

Our machines are designed to optimize time and costs in the transition from manual loading of objects to automatic  process that leads to the finished product.
